Access to Homebase requires a Username and a Password.

• If you are a volunteer logging in for the first time, your Username is your first name followed by your phone number. After you have logged in, you can change your password. (If you are having difficulty logging in or if you have forgotten your Password, please contact the Volunteer Manager.)
• If you need to cancel your volunteer shift or call-out for the day of a scheduled shift, please call the front desk at 302-656-4847.
• Long-term volunteer scheduling, or any corrections that need to be made, can be arranged through the Volunteer Manager or at 302-428-5340.
